The Boxing Boutique was founded by ABA British Boxing Champion Lesley Sackey who set out to provide authentic boxing training to empower women and help achieve both fitness and lifestyle goals in a female friendly environment.

GROUP TRAINING
Train with a partner or a friend. Team up and get results in a small group personal training setting. All sessions are tailor made according to fitness goals and abilities of group members. Max 5 in a group.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal training boxing fitness sessions are tailor made for each individual according to their fitness goals and ability. Beginners are welcome, all equipment is provided. Be prepared to be challenged and pushed into a new realm of positivity and power.
LESLEY SACKEY
With over 10 years experience in boxing and fitness, various tv appearances including BBC's endurance programme Last Woman Standing combined with her journey as a gold medalist, ex Team GB member and mother. Lesley uses the many lessons she has learned from boxing to train clients and push them both physically and mentally in an encouraging and empowering way. Mentality is a huge aspect of reaching fitness goals and changing habits Lesley works with clients to change both body and mind.
